Fantastic job by this company! I had two of these headsets years ago that no longer worked. The sound quality was so great on this model that I wanted to buy a few new ones. I couldn't find them anywhere. One other company I ordered them from sent me two "fake LG" of this model that was an imitation. I got credited by that company. This company sells you the "real LG" product. Items arrived on time and in great packaging. You can trust this company to place online orders. In fact, I think I will order a few more - my sister wants one.
